On Thursday 24 November we were delighted to host a meeting for the Essex Girls in Business in our showroom.
Celebrating and promoting the work of females living and working in Colchester and the wider area, the Essex Girls in Business are a group who own and run their own companies.
We were excited to showcase our products to our guests, who were also able to take an accompanied passenger drive in a vehicle from the current model range around our local roads.
The welcome speech was delivered by Mark Goody, who talked about our model range and the current and future EV options available. Mark was also pleased to discuss the ongoing Inclusion and Diversity projects lead by Claire Wright our Group HR Director.
Mark Goody said ‘It was great to host the Essex Girls in Business network event at our centre and to meet the members, who came from such diverse and interesting areas of commerce and business. I very much hope that we will be able to invite the group back in the future’.

For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
