Over more than 50 years of development, the 911 has stayed true to its origins. Through constant technical and aesthetic evolution, the 911 has changed the face of sports car engineering. Yet the unmistakable DNA of this iconic model has remained constant. Meet the timeless machine.
The new 911 Carrera S and Carrera 4S models take another bold step forward, reinventing themselves for a new generation, whilst staying faithful to their predecessors. An ultra-modern design - instantly recognisable as a 911 - this latest incarnation, now in its eighth generation, continues to be the perfect everyday sports car.
The new 911’s horizontally opposed engine is both more powerful and more efficient than ever. The engine mounts have been positioned closer to the centre of the car, increasing stability and reducing vibration. The enhanced 3.0-litre, flat-six turbocharged engine unit now delivers 450 PS, 30 PS greater than its predecessor, and with the optional Sport Chrono Package and Launch Control, it sprints from 0 to 62mph in just 3.4 seconds*.
That iconic 911 flyline remains, yet the exterior design is more muscular and modern than ever. The boldly shaped wings and reimagined bonnet with its dynamic recess profiles, are reminiscent of the characteristic 1960s 911 flyline.
The interior of the new 911 tells two stories; one of tradition with driver orientated design and sporty features; and the other of the future, connecting the driver virtually to the road with control elements such as Porsche Advanced Cockpit, introduced to the 911 for the first time.
The new 911 is a remarkable reflection of the past and a vision of the future, and has to be experienced to be believed. You can discover more here or contact our Centre for more information or to book a demonstration drive**.

For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
